We are developing public service announcements (PSAs) that introduce flood warning concepts to the general public.  We envision several types of short, simple PSAs, all aimed at helping the general public to understand flood threats and the systems/tools that are employed in the identification of flood threats.  These types of informative PSAs would be used to augment existing cautionary PSAs such as the Turn Around Don't Drown PSAs and song developed by the NWS.

If you know of any such existing PSAs, I would very much appreciate hearing about these.  Any links, helpful advice or food for thought would be much appreciated too.
