Beaver Run Resort claims the largest conference center in Breckenridge, along with 9 hot tubs, 2 pools, a fitness center, on-site restaurants and bars, and an arcade and indoor miniature golf course. The Resort is a short walk from Main Street Breckenridge, which is filled with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The center of conference activity will be the Colorado Ballroom, with space for up to 25 exhibitors, and five surrounding meeting rooms. Whether you’re taking a break in the exhibit hall, playing a round in the golf scramble, enjoying a cocktail in the NHWC hospitality suite, or having dinner conversation at our awards banquet in the Imperial Ballroom, the 2023 NHWC Conference will provide ample professional networking opportunities.

The individual attendee can make a reservation by calling 1-800-525-2253 and identifying themselves as part of the National Hydrologic Warning Council 2023 Conference, Group Code: 51B3TX. Online reservations can be made at https://reservations.travelclick.com/97052?groupID=3694533, The group rates below will apply to all reservations made before the May 29, 2023 cut-off date. These reservations are subject to sales tax and resort lodging fee (currently a total of 18.45%) and the hotel's individual reservation deposit/cancellation policies. Garage or surface parking is complimentary for guests staying at the resort. There is a limit of one vehicle per bedroom.

Rates are valid for 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference.

All conference events (except for the hospitality suite) will be held on the "Commons Building". Although attendees can walk outside between buildings, all buildings are also connected by skyways in case of inclement weather.

Taxes & Fees

Room rates do not include 18.45% tax and resort fee. Resort fee includes the following:

In-room coffee
Complimentary wi-fi
Complimentary in-town shuttle
Resort recreational facilities, including two swimming pools, seven hot tubs, workout facilities, stream room, and sauna.
Complimentary local newspaper
Complimentary firewood delivered to your room.

Deposit

A one-night deposit per reservation is required within two days of booking the reservation. Reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received by due date. The remaining balance of the individual lodging reservation shall be due from the member upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours of scheduled arrival, the member will be charged a processing fee of Thirty-five Dollars ($35) per reservation. For cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of scheduled arrival, the member will be charged for one night's lodging (room and tax). No-shows, early departures, and/or late arrivals are non-refundable.

Resort Policies

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. The Resort cannot guarantee early check in or late check out. In the event accommodations are not immediately available, changing facilities and baggage storage will be provided.

Parking: Outdoor parking is complimentary. Garage parking is available at a charge of $20.00 per night (subject to change). There is a limit of one vehicle per bedroom.

Special Requests: All preferences for location, views, specific units, and non-smoking will be noted, we cannot guarantee such requests.
